Glenkerry on film

On Monday 7 September, a team from Open House visited Glenkerry to make a film about the block.

Open House is well known for the architectural “open house” weekends held in London every September, in which houses and other buildings are opened to the public in a celebration of London’s architecture and urban environment.

Phin Harper, of flat 3, is actually one of the directors of Open House, and he suggested that they make a film about Glenkerry – inspired by our distinctive community as well as by the architecture.

This year’s Open House festival took place from 19–27 September. Because of COVID-19, many architecturally valuable buildings had to remain closed to visitors, so Open House made films of these buildings, as well as offering audio tours, podcasts, and online events.
